EIBN toured Greece on February 7-8th to promote Indonesia as a high potential market and investment destination, particularly for interested Greek SMEs. The Roadshow consisted in visiting two Greece cities, Athens and Thessaloniki.
The aim of the events was to give an overview about Indonesia’s maritime, food & beverage, chemical, manufacturing, and ICT sector, as well as an overview of the general business opportunities in Indonesia together with a presentation on how to tap into this country markets through the services offer by EIBN.
During the information and B2B sessions directed to local SMEs, EIBN presented market information and entry strategies on how to enter and to succeed in the Indonesian market. The sessions focused on 5 sectors:
- Shipbuilding , in cooperation with WIMA, and Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Athens
- F&B, chemical, manufacturing, and ICT, in cooperation with Federation of Industries of Northern Greece (SBBE)- Enterprise Europe Network (EEN-Hellas), Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Athens
EIBN successfully conducted the information sessions as well as individual business consultations with numerous Greek companies interested in expanding their market to Indonesia.
