EIBN led the participation of a delegation of European interior design companies at this year’s INDEX Exhibition in Jakarta. Between 5 and 8 of October, a European Pavilion stood at the center of the main venue and could be explored by the more than 6.000 visitors attending the event at Jakarta Convention Center Senayan.

The 7 EU companies were represented in the European Pavilion giving them the opportunity to present their products to Indonesian end-consumers and multipliers. The pavilion featured diverse European products including the fine toiletry soaps and other luxury fragranced products for home, decoration-related industries with specific focus on decorative items, sculpture, decorative lightning fixtures, outdoor furniture, crane for marble and stone as well as lava stone slabs and tiles.

Companies from from 5 EU Member States formed part, namely, Art Com Paris (France), Basaltina (Italy), Castelbel Porto (Portugal), Silat Srl (Italy), Preciosa (Czech Republic), Virtus 1945 (Spain), and Omar Crane (Italy).

In conjunction with the event, EIBN organised many successful the B2B meeting to the EU exhibitors in the pavilion in order to give an opportunity to meet potential local importers, distributors, retail companies and end-consumers.
