n October, the EIBN outreach team toured around Europe to Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, and Italy in a series of roadshows.

The first country was Netherlands where the team visited Rotterdam on 11 October 2017 and continued by Lisboa and Porto, Portugal on 12-13 October 2017. The EIBN team conducted info session with Dutch and Portuguese companies interested in exploring Indonesia market and introduce EIBN as one of the focal point to support their business in Indonesia. The EIBN team also gave an outlook regarding Indonesia economy, presented Indonesia’s potential sector to the companies and associations as well as tip on how to do business in Indonesia.

Furthermore, in the series of EU-ASEAN Business Network Roadshows, the team from EIBN, EPBN, Eurocham Myanmar, Eurocham Cambodia, and EPBN visited Dublin, Ireland on 18 October 2017. As a part of these outreach activities in Europe, the team delivered a round of presentations and individual business consultations to Irish SMEs. In Ireland the EIBN team had also the chance to individually meet with local business support associations to discuss potential collaboration opportunities.

The team also visited Milan and Trieste in Italy from 20-23 October 2017 in order to promote EIBN Food and Beverage trade mission to Jakarta in 2018, as well as the EIBN EU Pavilion at Food, Hotel, and Tourism Bali 2018.
