The EU-Indonesia Business Network was officially launched in Jakarta on the 12th of November 2013 during the European Business Partners Gathering.

Before an audience of more than 150 business and embassies’ representatives, the EU Ambassador to Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam and ASEAN, H.E. Mr. Olof Skoog, and the EIBN Project Director, Mr. Jan Rönnfeld, celebrated what is considered as ‘”a crucial step to further untap the potential for trade and investment between Indonesia and the EU”.

The event marked the starting point of a 5 year journey towards enhancing EU-Indonesia business relations.
