EIBN, again, implemented a joint activity in Europe by participating in CeBIT (Hannover, Germany, 16-20 March). Together with EVBN and Eurocham Cambodia , EIBN took part in the EU-ASEAN Networks representation. 

EIBN, EVBN and Eurocham Cambodia also delivered the event Market Opportunities and Support for EU Business in Southeast Asia, on Wed, 18MAR, 17:00, Hall 06, IBA Lounge.  The Networks' representatives presented their home market opportunities and business support services, and gave 1-on-1 consultations with interested companies.

CeBIT was the world’s leading trade fair for Information Technologies. It was the largest marketplace for the high-tech sector, the most important socio-political platform for updated knowledge on the Tech and IT-related industry and a trend-setter event for the global digital economy. 

EIBN, EVBN and Eurocham Cambodia promoted the existing Tech/IT market opportunities in the three countries and how the EU-ASEAN Networks could help EU businesses tap into the existing potential. Although not represented directly, the Networks of Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand were also advertised and interested parties were directed to their website and contacts.
