EIBN toured Poland in a Roadshow which comprised two different sessions per day, taking place in Warsaw (23.03), Wroclaw (25.03) and Poznan (27.03).

 Vietnam and Indonesia: Gateways to ASEAN

In the morning, EIBN presented jointly with the EU-Vietnam Business Network (EVBN) the information and discussion session Vietnam and Indonesia: Gateways to ASEAN. The sessions covered the specifics of the business potential of the Indonesian and the Vietnamese markets and the support available to EU businesses through the EIBN and the EVBN.

Vietnam and Indonesia: Gateways to ASEAN was attended by a variety by an average of 25 Polish companies in all three cities, ranging from mining to food and beverage, industrial machinery among many others. The companies also had the opportunity to consult individually with EIBN and EVBN representatives on the spot. These events were organized in partnership with the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

ICT Business Opportunities in Indonesia

In the afternoon, EIBN organized the roundtables ICT Business Opportunities in Indonesia, open to all Polish companies operating in the sector. The roundtables in the three cities counted on the expert participation of Mr. Piotr Jakubowski of the Singapore/Indonesia-based Polish Foundation for IT (SHARE). The industry expert provided the attendees with practical perspectives on where the ICT business potential of Indonesia lies and what is to be expected when choosing to enter the country's high potential market. The discussions were lively in all three locations, which put Indonesia's bright technological future in the centre of the debate.

The  ICT Business Opportunities in Indonesia sessions had the support of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) and were co-organized by the Polish Chamber of Commerce (in Warsaw), the Wroclaw Center of Technology Transfer (in Wroclaw) and the Poznan Science and Technology Park (Poznan)
