The EU-ASEAN Business Networks, with its regional partners EIBN (Indonesia) EVBN (Vietnam), and EPBN (Philippines), are touring Europe in April 2016 for a series of information and B2B sessions directed at local SMEs.

Bulgaria was the first of the host countries in this series of Roadshows, in a session organized in Sofia in cooperation with the Bulgarian Industrial Association on April 4, 2016.

The aim of the event was to provide knowledge to Bulgarian SMEs about business opportunities in Vietnam, Indonesia, and Philippines, and how to tap into these markets through the resources and services provided by the EU-ASEAN Business Networks.

This event enjoyed good participation frmo Bulgarian companies with an interest in internationalization, in particularly in the markets of the ASEAN region.

The common goal of the EU-ASEAN Business Networks, co-funded by the European Union under the ICI+ programme, to stimulate and enhance trade and investment from the European Union to ASEAN, focusing particularly on facilitating market access to European SMEs.
