The EU Indonesia Business Network took a prime role in the Slovak Matchmaking Fair on 10 November, organized by SARIO, the national Trade Promotion Agency.

The event brought together over 500 companies from over 20 different countries in a full-day event dedicated to entirely to B2B meetings and networking. The EIBN also joined forces with other EU business support initiatives in the region, the EPBN from the Philippines and EABC from Thailand, who shared a dedicated roundtable space at the fair.

Several interested companies visited the exhibition space and enquired about the region, at large, and about Indonesia in particular. The EIBN also took this opportunity to visit Slovakia’s other business support organizations, the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the Slovak Business Agency (SBA) in order to raise awareness on the commercial opportunities in Indonesia.
